@ZweiTiger, if its important then you should get a paid account since support from personal/private members can be limited.
the largest free ftp i came across is http://www.square7.ch/ there are other and maybe if you ask can get larger space.
again, i'd go with a paid account if the bk is important.
maybe you or some mod @Nekki can edit the title to request for?
@ZweiTiger As far as i can see, it appears that data security is not Your main concern regarding this case, then just use Dropbox. It's not FTP, but You'll get the job done.
@ehab bad idea to use Webspace as filestorage, as in there TOS square7 dosent allow this.

Just need backup storage for my personal files , which is in different locations then my servers.

Try overlordhost.eu - they're a provider who advertises here and they may be sympathetic to your plight.
Yeah okay. tried comcure.com to instant backup anytime.
(we do daily backups right , but need more then 1 location to backup some personal data)

i didn't see anything related to FTP in their site! where is it?
After you logged in, find the "settings", go to "Account Settings", and you can see the FTP function.
BTW, it is offering fully unlimited storage for $29.99/month. Maybe I should get my friends to use this, they all have tons(TBs) of data to storage
@superwbd thanks for the instructions, i wouldn't call this a full ftp since the only function that provides is to upload a file on home dir, you can't even browse through the already created folders.... anyway with a 50GB free i wont complain since i think this is the only one i came across with such size.

You can view the ftp setting on your profile setting after login into your account
Even if you do not have service with us, create an account and order and will approve it. It is with lease web and uses direct admin. Need to renew SSL cert on it.
