    Here they resolve to different addresses. However the domain redirects to www.

    Strange, must be a DNS issue somewhere as im not being forwarded.

    Educated guess, they changed IP addresses and now there are caching/propagation issues.

    Got an account with them, never really used them and never really liked them. I think they never got popular as well (other than a lot of people flashing their sig spams to get some free space, which they could have done with Dropbox anyways).

    My view, that market is big but I have yet to see anyone offering me things that are good enough to convince me to switch from Dropbox. Tried Box as well, but they are slow (and the Chinese crazy TB 360yunpan or the baidupan ones are even slower), Owncloud, at least when I had it, was pretty much a product in its infancy (and I think their Android OS app is not free as well).

    More than likely because your referrer isn't being passed over to the holding page.
