Helo, any lowend alternatives to host1plus for VPS in Brazil ?

Am using its $4 server, but they have some limitations and they make u to pay extra for some IPTABLES modules and TUN/TAP.

Seems that there's nothing cheaper. I think this is something that just needs some time ....
Cheapest SouthAfrica vps was 4$ but only 256MB and about 50gig traffic as i rember, there are alternatives but not so cheap.
I think you will be waiting a long time, and that if you need a VPS in Brazil H1P isn't that much at $5/m - at least you get TUN/TAP
