Maximum VPS website inaccessible

Maximum VPS's website has been down for sometime now. There are unconfirmed statements on IRC that the owner is out of business.

I have to push this thread up as the maximum_vps main site is down, VPS also down, solusVM could open but the vps status is offline, the down time is about 2 hours till now. @Maximum_VPS is online in LET as from the lastest activity, but no response to my PM. anyother maximumvps customer meet the down issue?

I talked to him one day ago. but that happend now 3 times in less then a year.

My VPS is still working.

how to find Tim @Maximum_VPS as the client area down/LET PM not respond?
My vps was down over 10 hours, in LA1.
