Nevermind, they switched to HTTPS. Their HTTP site doesn't connect. When you do http://arin.com it redirects you to https://www.arin.net.
Only way to access http://arin.net is with www.

They have been doing maintenance last few days, quite frequently actually. Might be related.

We had some connection issues earlier with Arin but it seems to of got resolved.
It's always been .net and not .com btw
arin.com 404 not found but www.arin.com redirects to https://www.arin.net

. Seriously though, it must have been something temporary .... .net is working. .com however does return a 404
