Looking For Sales Specialist

edited April 2014 in Requests

Hello,

With school ending soon, I will be revamping a current project, that's gotten nowhere. The expenses for it is real low, and I have a real-time job offline, which helps funds it, even when I have near to none customers. I have recently taken a business class, and have learned the "right" and "wrongs" of running a business successfully. I am looking for a sales specialist, someone that's willing to spread the word, whether it's online or offline, as long as you get the word spread and bring in customers, you'r golden. Profit will be shared 50% - 50%.

Please Email Me Your Resume at: [email protected] If Interested. Thank You.

Requirements:
Must have proper English
Must speak fluent English
Must be 16+ years of age.
Must have "some" knowledge of running Linux servers.
Must have knowledge with WHMCS.
Must be dependable.
Location: USA preferred, Florida, even better.

What We Will Be Offering:
Shared CPanel Webhosting
Then eventually once we get a good client base, start offering Dedicated Servers and VPS Servers.

So you learned to ask a random stranger on the internet to make a company with you and split money 50% - 50%? That wont ever work

From what you have just said, You basically need the guy that makes the money? Why wouldn't the guy who gets sales, knows kinux, whmcs etc etc just make a company and make 100% profit ?

To be honest you really need to put in here what you offer, Obviously i'm not interested but for people who might be it works both ways and I am sure they want to know what you can offer and bring to the table as well as listing what you expect from them.

It's all about getting the word out there and proving yourself.

    And that's where I stopped.

    Done

    What's wrong with that?

  • See, I took a business class once also, I'm fairly positive it stated to not work with random strangers 50/50 in the business.

Trust me, your business skills are not good enough yet. This kind of partnership would only works once you are having some customers in hand yourself.

  • Instead of a partner, why not 50% affiliate commission to everyone who bring a customer?

    Thanked by 1RBH
  • @JoeBiss That sounds much better, and that's what I meant. Thank you.

  • Evidently the quest for blog ads failed last year? and this is new venture?

Also love this blog post of yours when customer wrote unacceptable:

Complaint I got at work, I laughed my ass off when I read it!

Tags: work, worksucks, bitch, fuckwork, retailsucks, lol, complaints, like, follow

Yes- you are primed to lead a business with real, paying adult customers- HA

  • yet another legendary quote from our future business leader:

What you do offline shouldn't reflect how serious you are online. Yeah, retail sucks ass. And you know, you can't expect much from a teenager, especially their behavior, when they're pissed off about something. That's life.

Lol, yep, that's my friend. :P

  • Actually many companies have behavior policies for executives while "off the clock" so yes your behavior off the internet does reflect poorly. Get used to it- teenager or not that is how the world works.

There is a difference between a career and a job. A career, is somewhere you don't have to clock in and out, and it's something you enjoy doing. A job, well, is a job. A job, is something people don't tend to enjoy. What I do outside of work, shouldn't matter. As long as I show up on time, and get the work done.

  • Actually your behavior is so utterly poor in your public blog- I would be stunned if any rational company offers you a career job after reading it. I would also be stunned if you find a partner unless its another foul mouthed 18 year old, whose ideas of generating revenue change ever 6 months.

So did I. Out of curiosity, I checked his blog:

Ya know, whatever floats my boat, guys.
18 Year Old High School Student Living The Life In Florida. Blogger, Photographer, Camera > Obsessed, Computer Obsessed, Working Out, Going To The Beach.

    Yep. Summer host.

  • Don't listen to anyone who tells you that you can't start a successful hosting company as a teenager, they're wrong. You can do it!

    Thanked by 1Gunter
  • @Greenvaluehost - seriously? He makes you look like a PR czar! Read his instagram - it clearly demonstrates a 18 yr old that is well adjusted and willing to embark on a stable career. He also started gridhosting (does have broken links) then tried to sell space on his incomplete blog now is trying to get someone to do all the sales for him for a hosting company.

Perhaps @jeffrey would be a great partner for you. Impart on him all of your wisdom.

Yeah, because obviously, a teen who hasn't even been to uni and studied CS/related will be able not only to administrate servers for a hosting company, but he'll lead the whole company as well!

You'll excuse me for putting it this bluntly, but you are the perfect example of why teenagers without a proper formation SHOULD NOT run a hosting company. Summer hosts and skiddies are just about what customers have had enough of.

  • Oops forgot to read the blog. I take my last comment back. @AlexanderM and I are the only exceptions.
