Is this a good RAID card?

I recently bought this RAID card of ebay for (0.01 + $5 shipping). I'm using it for my personal computer, which is used to gaming, photoshop, and light video editing.

Is it a good card?

It's SATA1, so unless your drives are old you're going to take a fairly serious performance hit.

Assumptions with what? I've used SATA1 cards in a RAID before and for sure felt a performance hit :P

Pretty much, I was looking for a RAID card. Assumed that it had SATA2.

I feel stupid now.
