I think KeyVM sounds better - though I would point out that you own letvm.com and letvps.com is availalble, while keyvps.com is already taken. If it were me, I'd probably want both.
Since you're from Egypt...there is so much interesting Egyptian culture - why not use something from that? SphinxVPS.com is available.

I would decide on a name yourself, Rather then using a name someone else mentioned.
Take GoDaddy or example, How is that related to this industry at all, Yet a majority of the world knows that GoDaddy is a domain/hosting provider.

You asked for our opinion so I'll give you mine. I think LetVM/VPS is a boring choice which was made without any serious thought put into it.
You'd do well to think on the matter some more. If you're starting a business then you should pick what the customers would like, not what you would want.
I like LetVM because it's easy to remember, but really adding VM to the domain name is becoming frequent.
