    What did you use to monitor your smtp ports anyway since you offer openvz? Please say you have something installed?!? . IDK spam is going to happen but you should of tightened your level of protection after the first incident.

  • Anyone caught spamming needs to be reviewed very carefully to stop it occurring again.

    Problem is you can't just trust anyone that says they will fix it. Most of the time spammers seem legit and may get away with it.

    You need strict measures to stop this otherwise it will happen with any host you go with.
