Adult VPS Hosting

Hi guys,

I'm sure this has been asked before, and I know all about the legal technicalities associated with this request and it is my intention to stay within the boundaries of what is legal... So, I ask a question - what are some good recommended adult hosting companies?

I am looking for an affordable Managed VPS account.

Affordable in my opinion is anywhere between $20.00 to $60.00/mth for VPS.

I will need room to grow, but also expect to upgrade.

So looking for a company that can cater to my growth.

The idea is to start with a VPS now and likely move into a dedicated server when ready.

Any suggestions you can make would be most appreciated.

As long as you stay within the 'legal porn' limits imposed by the law (which, generally, are the same across EU & US), most providers will accept to host you without any trouble. Just make sure to read the ToS of the providers you're checking out.

I can hardly recommend any hosting company for managed VPS, since I only use unmanaged ones. However, be assured that you will find one without too much hassle (especially with your budget, which is way above low-end).

EDIT: Dedicated Minds (ran by @Reece), who have just moved to a new datacenter, offer managed VPS plans.

A lot of the companies I'm most familiar with do not allow adult content.

One company I really like is KnownHost.com but they do not allow it.

I'm not a big fan of HostGater.com but a lot of people recommended it.

A few other recommendations I found on WebHostingTalk.com pointed at http://www.arvixe.com/ and from what I've read they have a good reputation.

Hoping a few others might chime in and offer some advice.

Sorry I'm outside the low-end but I'm looking for managed.

I have so much going on that I'm not looking to over-complicate things.

We are planing to launch a limited offer for managed servers, this will include OS install, services install, some data migration, domain management, os updates, script updates, hardening, things like those. The management will start from 20 Eur a month on top of the box price.
Oh, and we do host without problems some legal porn.

If Prometeus offer managed service sign up with them otherwise you could choose tmzVPS, they do allow legal adult content & have reasonable prices for managed services.

Our VPS systems can be down/upgraded and when you are looking to migrate we could setup a dedicated server with Proxmox and then migrate your container to your own node for you.

In addition our unmetered ports may be of interest depending on the nature of the adult content.
