    I'll leave this in the open, as we'd like to be transparent -- We've had a number of issues with the helpdesk which has resulted in us returning the the former system we used (WHMCS) if anybody has faced troubles with a ticket open then please email me ([email protected]) and I'll make sure it gets imported and dealt with accordingly.

    there will be no problem until you need support. when you need support, either you have to wait 2-3 days for a reply or ticket will be closed without a response.

    Before posting an offer shouldn't you check to make sure your links are valid/not broken? Worries me, I'm only interested cause someone mentioned it might peer well with Europe.

    Yep, peering with Europe is great at NJ.

    ping to Amsterdam is about 77ms :)

    I've already outlined the problem here, it was down our helpdesk being buggy it was one of the first things I pointed out. We're also in the process of finding another member to join our team which we will start seeking this week this will help us expand the support area further amongst our planned expansions in Weehawken.
    Now we've got the move out of the way we can continue to work on our growth without being stuck wondering when we can move facilities and thus stopping all progress in Clifton.

    @henkb I see 77ms to iniz's NL location (nforce) our UK location 65ms :-)

    Looking glass will be active again shortly.

    On that note we're also expanding our presence in the states with the addition of Dallas :-)
