OpenVirtuals problems?
I'm having problems with OpenVirtuals. My VPS is up, but the time is off by over a second, which makes my two-step authentication not work. I tried submitting a support ticket with them about it (after trying to get ntp to work) and the ticket will not submit. I tried communicating via their "contact us" page to tell them the support portal seems to be down, but I have not heard anything from them. I just tried to log in to the VM console, and now that is unresponsive.
Does anyone have any other contact with these people? Or did I pick a dud for my VPS provider?
