    Dude. Don't make your entire post bold and fix your grammar and spelling. This is an English forum, and I have to say, yours is the worst I have ever seen.

    As for your question: Look at LEB and find the "Provider Poll" results from last time.

    (Also, is it just me or does this guy sound exactly like Mazker?)

    The 'best' offer would be entirely subjective based upon your requirements. Tell us what sort os specs you want, and we can help you. Alternatively, just refer to the top providers poll, any of the last top 10 will provide excellent service.

    far as i know best offer is from this domain 127.0.0.1 you dont have to pay single penny

    Some efforts could be made to make this forum a little more friendly for new members looking for a provider. There could be a sticky announcement thread for new members with tips on researching providers, and links to the top providers polls. Add it to menu at right (where Rules & Guidelines and Cest Pit are).

    Previous polls perhaps (http://lowendbox.com/blog/top-provider-poll-2013-q4-the-results/ http://lowendbox.com/blog/top-providers-q3-2013-poll-the-results/) or reviews (http://lowendtalk.com/categories/reviews) or just buy whatever there is and hope for the best.
