No, their support staff have a horrible attitude and have no idea what they are on about. (Probably due to the huge language barrier between Russian and English.)

Did anyone try to place an order with totalhostingcenters.com ? I tried to place an order with them, after click on order, and submit. I got redirected to http://totalhostingcenters.com/thankyou.php which I didnt input any info How can they contact me? via my ip if somehow they track their clients via his/her browser's ip?

Yes, they just let me register google.com on their domain checker.
