best system for backup (cpanel server)

Hi

I currently have a server in USA and one in NL, both servers I use CPanel. I need a backup system that allows customers to restore backups without support.

The system should not need to run internal backups. (for reasons of space all backups will be external)

I'm looking at the possibility of using R1Soft, according to what I've seen US7.95 licenses cost which is acceptable. But I have the folowing question

Like a server is in USA and the other in NL, where I place the dedicated server backups, to get a good transfer rate

I had seen other option is Restore manager 3, but its requirement says "At least one copy of the local backup", for this reason I think it does not serve me

I use the built in system and sending it from US to EU.
No big deal, it works. Problem is to let the users restore their backups, this won't work this way.
