That is a good point, it would require to pay access :P Good business plan, host illegal content under a very expensive portal and make the lawyers pay to find out what is there so they can send DMCA:)
Anyway, illegal is illegal, nobody should do that, even if the law is absurd, who wants it will get it free anyway. If you want protest absurd laws, send a letter tot he government and organize on social media. I would go to an illegal protest, but I wont host illegal stuff, even if it is illegal cartoons deemed so by the censorship, my friends will know how to get it, though.

You need to remove any illegal content, if you got a legal remove request. (but, DMCA is not a request in EU)

100GB porn is... not much. (I don't have/store/watch porn (yea rly) but you could easily get a few TB per day by spidering a few pornsites)
I meant locally saving it, like backing it up on another hard drive. I'd say for one person, 100GB of porn can last him a good month.

That's right. But in all EU jurisdictions, it counts as a notice, which is far worse for the host. If there's one industry that follows through with their legal notices, it's porn. They have no PR to worry about. Whether your local judiciary can process any legal action before the next ice age is a different matter.
