@smile93 - I've had a consistent 1.4GB/s over the last three days on my RAM disk using 6GB.
EDIT: I ran checkmemory.sh and it showed "Allocated: 16383M".
There are a number of places that offer a VPS for $12-24/year.
Far fewer that do the same price on a monthly billing cycle.

12 months at $1/month is $8.16 after paypal fees.
(I know OP said perfectmoney - just making a point about billing fees and don't care enough to look up perfectmoney's fee structure).
