There is a VolumeDrive offer/ad on the RHS of the screen that lists:

But everytime I click the link the hardware seems to be somewhat less....

I wonder how many sales that costs them?
***Edit: You can get the 16GB for a one time fee but the HDD and the Bandwidth increasing the monthly...

Misleading advertising. I'd report it.
