Salary at Different Positions in VPS Industry

MetroVPS_NMPMetroVPS_NMP Host Rep, Veteran

Hi,
I'm just curious to know how much should be the salary of a System Admin & Marketing Manager in a VPS Providing Company in the USA?

A System Admin to handle all the Technical Works. (Full Time/Part Time)

Same to a Marketing Manager who advertise on behalf of the company in different forums?

Share your thoughts :)

By the way, Thanks :)

  • As low as possible if you are servicing the budget niche (such as those on LET and LEB.)

Jokes aside, you'd honestly be seeing just as much as anywhere else for the same skill set. Work is work, and the unemployment rate in the USA is not going to drop any time soon, so people with skills are generally willing to work for less if they can be guaranteed a position.

  • Depends on what the work entails for said System Administrator and who the employer is. But a reasonable rate for an experienced system administrator would be in the ball park range of 60k/year.
