Virtualbox on Windows

I have a 'LAMP box' that I'm running one on my dedicated servers utilizing Windows. There are two IP's available - one is utilized for the main machine and the second I have 'routing' all requests to the VM.

I have my firewall setup that it'll accept any and all requests on the second IP as if DMZ and leave it up to the VM to handle it from there.

My questions are: Can anyone tell that I'm running this under a virtualized environment using any type of fingerprinting, since I'm using NAT and not a direct network connection to the VPS? Second, is there anything I should be concerned about with this setup? I have ICMP turned off, so it won't respond to ping requests.
