Statuscake.com Blocked Korea?
I am a Korean citizen who uses the Korean internet. I have used statuscake for a while now, but since last week, I cannot access anything on statuscake. It seems that they have blocked all KR IP's. Anyone know if this is really happening, or it's just my internet being a f*king snagger?
If this is happening, Statuscake deserves a 'piece of shit'. (And yes, I am mad.)

You can try sending them an email ([email protected]) or tweet at them to see if you can get a response (https://twitter.com/statuscaketeam).
There are two of these, btw, and America only has sanctions against the one where citizens definitely have no internet
Which Korea? South or north?
@joodle I feel offended by that post.
And I will try to use a VPN.
@IceCream ofc south.
One of those Koreas
@SCDaniel
Thanks @Imagine for bringing this to my attention!
In terms of blocking South Korea, or indeed any part of the world the simple response is - we don't do it. There would be no reason for us to do so frankly! I've just tested to see if I could get to StatusCake with a couple of SK proxies and they both managed to get to the site. I will however have someone else confirm this later today to make 100% certain.
@SCDaniel Thank you for confirming.
Does Statuscake have some sort of firewall protection?
Maybe they are doing it in revenge for butt-hurt from League of Legends? All the friends I know who play it rage quit every time a South Korean enters their match, because they know it's game over at that point.
@Pwner I personally don't think thats related in any way to this issue.
Gabia (global.gabia.com) did this to Turkey for quite some time.
We have several firewalls in place. If you could PM me your IP I can certainly make sure it's not hit any of them, but I see no reason that it would!
