If it's good, I'll get one in Brazil as well. Can't beat these prices in those locations (well, maybe a DO or Vultr can, but I haven't seen it yet).

I've got their Brazil one for quite a few months already, generally is okay so far no downtime. But they do cap the network at 15mbps as stated in the control panel.

Yep. I'll put up a site in the future, see how it affects browsing. As long as it's a not a very busy site/too much data, you should be fine I think.
