    Check that your paypal email is the same as in whmcs.
    i had a similar problem after i changed my primary email with paypal

    MikHo is right, you can actually add multiple email address' into the WHMCS setup within the Paypal Email: field ([email protected],[email protected]) add every domain associated with your account and see if that makes a difference.

    Consistently when I make a purchase through whmcs that forwards me to my payment gateway, it is not automatically marked as paid. If I ignore the redirect, go back to the site and pay from the invoice it works. Glad I'm not the only one noticing this finally. Turn off the auto redirect.
