Looking for Germany Linux vps

Have a good day.
I am in search of some Germany VPS for my project plan. My requirements are (at least):
512MB of RAM
15 GB of disk
500 GB BW
1-2 Cores
I am looking at about 10+ of these if the price is right. Location must be Germany . My budget is $3 a month per VPS.
If you have something that is within my budget, please PM me.

@infected shame yourself, server4you is such shit read the reviews about them.
Dedicated server from server4you are okay, but their VPS are terrible.
512MB/30GB/500GB OpenVZ on a $25/yr deal. This is the ONLY OpenVZ VPS of about 20 that I have kept, and I'll be renewing in May when it comes due.
Do you mind posting a benchmark?
