LowEndStock Ratings Reliable? Uniserv OK? 123Systems?

in Providers
I am trying to build up a pool of budget VPSs with around 512mb to 1GB and commensurate resources for around $25 a year. It looks like 123Systems has a good deal, but it only has 2 stars on LES. Also, Uniserv has a good deal too, but no ratings. Any advice on these providers or others?
Can you offer a VPS to my specs?

123System is overall not suggested (From Support side). Mixed review, but more of bad then good.
About Uniserv, I personally don't have any Idea.
From my experience, 123 System dramatically oversells. I got a 2GB OpenVZ but was only able to constantly use 800MB. I did open a ticket and got a full refund - so I'm happy.
Perhaps My Custom Hosting (LowEnd Link) would meet your 512MB reqirements at $18 /y. One of my highest rated providers.
Universev have been banned from here 4 times.
They have also had bad reviews.
I think almost all the TOP RATED LEB providers would be having such plans under $25.

I checked out your suggestion, thanks, and see that it is a XEN VPS. All my VPS experience is Open VZ. Is it a steep learning curve to manage a Xen system because I tempted to learn based on the offering.
