If you could deal with IPv4 NAT, i'd say i-83 has what you need:

If you can spend $5 a month, go with Vultr. Sorry, I don't know your definition of "cheap".
Wow that news to me, seem similar to LES
Ya they are similar (except for the price), I've never actually tried them though.
nat ipv4 not dedicated ip ?
can use for vpn or tunneling ?
Yes, you get your own block of ports on the IPv4 address for the node and your own IPv6 addresses.
We offer a similar plan to LES just with slightly more disk and DDoS protection.
If you require a dedicated IPv4 then we have a separate node in Paris where you can get additional IPv4 (subject to justification).
@bugis
Just be cautious with @i83 as they do not allow TUN/TAP on their IPv6-only VPS, so you won't be able to use OpenVPN.
@Nekki no, just for tunneling browsing
does that ever use of vps http://www.cinfu.com/vps/ ?
france 256 ram only $5/month
You can set SSH to run on one of the IPv4 allocated ports, this would probably be the easiest way to use our offer from the details you have given.
We have had a price drop since then!
@i83 how much $ price lowest using ipv4 ?
Without dedicated IPv4 (using IPv4 NAT) in Roubaix is from $6/year.
We do not currently offer <1gb Templates on our Paris locations for use with IPv4, they start at £10/m.
Have a look at the brand new OVH VPS, starting €1.99...
https://www.ovh.com/fr/vps/
That's just insane, do they want to kill the market or something?
30Euro per Year for 1GB VPS in EU is LE level and this from OVH oh crap.
And you can pay monthly. You just have to change the period.
Nice price for a 1GB KVM in Canada, impressive!
its OpenVZ not KVM.
3 locations, unmetered transfer (the first 10 TB at 100 Mbit) and fully DDoS protected network. Not too shabby for €1.99/month. This deal is going to attract a lot of bad boys I'm sure :-)
The VPS was provisioned instantly btw.
@Infinity580
@pechspilz
Is TUN/TAP available via CP? They don't mention it in their FAQ...
Looks like it's available by default:
cat: /dev/net/tun: File descriptor in bad state
