. By the way, I think you mean "correct grammar," not "fluent grammar." Also, the last two bullet points should start with "knowledge of..." not "knowledge on..."

English isn't everyone's first language. While even a LowENDSalary would probably be a raise from what I make on a per-hour basis, RL work keeps me too busy to take on additional responsibility.
