Spec Range:

Seems a little unethical to say that both of them are awesome since you 'work' for them (even disclosing it)

Recommending them in the third party when working for them does not really make sense.

Also my version of ethics probably differs to yours then. Imagine if staff of companies never recommended the company? That would be silly.
