There are many around, probably most active with low-end is DotVPS. There are almost too many UK based providers to recommend, depends exactly what specs you are looking at though.

HTTP Zoom are out of stock of their cheap yearlies, but if you can talk them into it you can take over my 64MB plan if that works for you?

I could use a UK vps for vpn too at around $13 a year. Are there any providers selling these... can't seem to find any :S

@sc754 right now we do not have a plan for a release, however each time we do an offer we'll release at least 5-10.

Our next offer should be end of March / Start of April.

There are codes out there that take our 256mb product to around 18 pounds per year.
