Can someone file a Paypal Dispute after 7-8 months of the Transaction date?
Any chances of ...

  • If they payed through a credit card using PayPal It would look like a despite on the sellers end.

    Yeah, a CC chargeback might occur I think. However it is unlikely.

  • Even chargebacks are limited to 6 months as far as i know, at least for Mastercard and VISA. American express might be different.

    yeah payment was through credit card using Paypal..

  • If you paid with your Paypal balance then no, you can only file a dispute within 45 business days of the transaction. Not sure about credit cards.

    Yup, up to 12 months with Visa/Mastercard

    someone who told cPanel would be included free on yearly payments but now not agreeing due to change in their business model.

    And this is where hosts without a solid TOS are screwed ..

    edit: hell, even hosts with a solid TOS can be screwed with these days >.>

    well he's showing TOS that says Not liable for damages even if failure in performance, defect, ...

    so will not refund me for the rest of the months.. :(
