i share their vps with my friend.but it's worse recently.
i think u should carefull if u choose their products.

    didn't they send out an email that they were closing their LEB offers?

  • @Damian they did't reply anything.sometimes they reply me after 4 days.and they didn't give me affiliate money.
    @Francisco no email.but i konw that they have a new domain for selling vps.

    Maybe this helps? Try contacting that support department too.

    @Fran They sent out an email about downsizing their vps operations, but they allowed me and I'm sure a few others to keep our LEB plans.

    I gave up on them after Easter though:

    • VPS disk speed turned to crap (10mb/s - 20mb/s)
    • Sent a support ticket in on the 3rd of April
    • Got an answer on the 12th of April saying they've flagged the server for admin
  • LOL! So funny :D

    Oh? They said they were closing out anyone on a monthly deal but honoring all yearly purchases.

    A quote via support when asked about their downsizing:

    Kansas City clients will not be effected, you're free to stay with us and continue along with your current pricing.

    @Francisco Maybe that was done one purpose :-) (Typing "Francisco" is just too much work for me)
