Looking for (minimums):
Virtualization type: KVM, VMware, Xen HVM (need to be able to mount ISO like Debian for custom configs; "shared" ISO mounted by admin OK)
Location: New York City or New Jersey, USA
CPU: 4 Cores
RAM: 2GB RAM
Disk: 70 GB
Bandwidth: 1TB
Port: 1GBit preferred
Payment type: Paypal (not via subscription)
Payment frequency: Monthly Payment (may consider up to quarterly, after trying the first month)
Other: No photocopies of IDs or bills, etc to signup. Adult content OK. Customer is registered LLC and paypal verified.
Stability (business & performance: network, disk, uptime) is more important than bleeding edge performance
Some price flexibility if the provider is reputable.

I don't want to derail the thread but do you guys allow hosting of game servers other tha n mc? Eg tf2/l4d2/etc?
The under $7 is only for the Offers thread. In the requests, people have asked for cpanel hosting.
