probably, ftpit is getting cpanel license thru buycpanel and hence $13/m. But, crissic is a cpanel noc partner and probably can offer cpanel at $10/m.

vmbox is getting cpanel license at $7.5/m from his dc(singlehop)

I bought a small VPS w/ FtpIt toward the end of last November, but didn't end up finding a use for it until around February of this year. Fast, stable and absolutely no problems so far.
