    Doesn't apply to annual payments, only monthly (unless you go with the 512mb plan and use the 30% off coupon). Also, I sent a few messages to live support and after 5 minutes, nobody answered. To add to this as well, the domain name was just registered 1 month ago (on Feb 2, 2014)

    Our live chat is currently not working. We are aware of this issue and are trying to fix it. It doesn't apply to annual payments because it's against LEB rules to offer a discount on a yearly plan when the domain is less than 1 year old.

    Sure, we don't offer it natively but we can mount the Install ISO to your server so it can be installed.

    @craigb They are in Infomart with Cloudshards. So i know the connection is pretty good!

    @nodejungle could you share RAID level and benchmark results for a container (not the host node). Gbit network connection shared by host or?

    EDIT: what's your refund policy?

  • @nodejungle: thanks for the other answers but twice now I've asked about RAID level and you've not answered. Are you running RAID and if so, what level?

  • Ian_Ian_ Member

    What is raid?

  • @ian_ I'm referring to "redundant array of inexpensive disks" - RAID 0 (single drive), RAID 1 (mirror)...etc

    Offering a server located in the USA, and providing a test file download from a cloudflare cdn server is not really serious...

  • Ian_Ian_ Member

    @craigb Thanks for clarifying

    We are currently not running any RAID setup.

    Our Test File is now located off of Cloudflare's CDN.
    You can test our network at http://speedtest.nodejungle.com/
    And Our Test IP is 107.182.128.131

    I'm not trying to be an ass but it costs about 10-20 dollars for an extra hard disk and run at least raid 1 or whatever. So are you backing up every 5 minutes? Little things like this go a long way. No way I'm a expert in this field.
