What a great attitude, if you are providing free hosting go use THT or something. Also last time I checked $1 Monthly and $2 Monthly wasn't free, yeah there is one free plan but not all are free.

  • True not all are free, but i don't think im gonna sell anything

In that case what's the point in listing paid plans?

  • @joodle said: Lol, how did u find my domain...

Don't think it was too hard when you posted the name :D

  • @Infinity said: In that case what's the point in listing paid plans?

    I can always try it

  • So you lied about creating your design (Maybe we should email whmcsthemes and make sure you paid for it) and your using a nulled WHMCS installation.

And you aren't banned yet why?

  • I like number one.

    :D:D nulled WHMCS :D:D

    tl;tr

don't use ready templates. make your own.

  • The VPS you had with us has been terminated.

Good luck on your hosting adventure Johan.

  • Fake information on the domain registration is grounds for cancellation, per ICANN.

@Basshost: perhaps you can briefly mention which part of your TOS/AUP was violated, since the site seems to be hosted elsewhere?

Probably the "I don't have to host you if I don't want clause"

  • +1 to ban joodle

  • @quirkyquark
He had a node from us. Threats like DDoS attacks should be taken seriously.

  • @Basshost: Absolutely, but until it is acted upon it's just bluster. I understand that no provider wants to host ddosers, or be a ddos target.

But I just read your complete TOS. And while you have the right to refuse service to anyone (ref: @Kairus), that refers to the initial signup, not to terminating an existing client's services without cause

I hope you were decent enough to at least give him a prorated refund. Let me know if I misread the TOS and there is something that allows you to terminate based upon just "inappropriate" speech.

I vehemently disagree with @joodle's other actions as pointed out in this thread, but I believe acting on all talk and no action--when you are in the US--isn't right. If I were joodle and in CA I'd give some serious thought to taking you to small claims court.

Says who? Just because it's not written in the ToS doesn't mean he can't do it.
