DDPS.jp – Paid for Tokyo High-Performance VPS over a week ago, still not activated, tickets ignored
Hello everyone,I purchased a high-performance VPS from DDPS (Tokyo location) more than a week ago. Payment was successfully completed, but the machine has still not been provisioned or activated.I have submitted multiple support tickets regarding this issue, but so far I have received zero response. Meanwhile, the same plans continue to be listed and sold on their website as if nothing is wrong.This is quite confusing and frustrating. Has anyone else experienced similar long delays or complete silence from their support recently?
Or, to put it more broadly, are they on the verge of collapse?
