Looking for a VPS in Japan with big bandwidth for proxy

I'm looking for a Japanese VPS to run a proxy, so besides relatively high bandwidth and port speed requirements, the rest of the configuration requirements are relatively low.

  • Number of Cores: 1 or 2 is enough
  • RAM: 1G
  • Disk Space: 10G, larger is better
  • Bandwidth: 5T/mo up&down at least
  • Port Speed: 1G
  • Location: Japan
  • 1 IPv4 address
  • No need for DDoS Protection, backup or anything else.
  • Budget: under $49/year

Network optimization for China is NOT REQUIRED, IP accessibility in China is also NOT REQUIRED.

I am currently using a VPS that costs $49/year and offers 5TB/mo bandwidth, but this VPS is still slightly over budget, so I am looking for a better option.
