Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a tiny, low-cost KVM VPS or LXC container (1 vCPU, 512MB–1GB RAM is plenty) hosted in the US on a network whose IP is classified as a Fixed-Line ISP / Eyeball ASN by intelligence databases (like IP2Location or IPinfo), rather than a standard commercial datacenter range (like Cogent, OVH, or Hetzner).

My use case: I run a primary relay server in Los Angeles and want to chain a private backend node behind it for my personal development workflows and API access, where standard datacenter IPs trigger continuous rate-limiting or captchas.

To keep things secure for the host:

  • I only connect to this node exclusively from my own static Los Angeles relay server IP (you can whitelist just that single IP on your firewall/router).
  • Outbound port 25 (SMTP) and P2P traffic can be completely blocked.
  • Zero scraping abuse, very light bandwidth.

My budget is around $7–$10/month, paid monthly via PayPal or crypto. If you have an idling node or a spare slice on a consumer/eyeball network in the US and are open to a long-term arrangement, please shoot me a DM with your test IP or ASN. Thanks!
