[WTB] Teraswitch Tokyo Ryzen 9950X — idle/unused OK, will pay $50–100 transfer

I'm in a bit of a tough spot and hoping someone can help.
I really need a Teraswitch (TSW) bare-metal box in Tokyo with Ryzen 9 9950X. Stock / build queues are killing me — I've been waiting and still can't get one online in time. I want to try a small on-chain arbitrage setup from Tokyo (self-managed; not asking anyone to run anything for me).
Tokyo only — please do not offer Singapore, Hong Kong, or other regions.
If you have a TSW Tokyo 9950X you're not really using, or you're planning to cancel / transfer anyway, please PM me. Ideal: 128GB+ RAM and as much NVMe as possible (≈3TB+ would be a lifesaver), but I'm flexible if the machine is otherwise solid.
Happy to cover Teraswitch's official transfer process and pay you an extra $50–$100 transfer fee (on top of whatever is fair for remaining term / account rules), just so I can get started instead of sitting on a waitlist.
