[REQ] Cheap VPS in EU

I'm looking for a small, reliable VPS hosted in Europe with the following specifications:
- CPU: 2 vCPUs (2ghz up)
- RAM: 2 GB
- Network speed: At least 500 Mbps
- Monthly traffic: 2 TB (less is also acceptable)
- Operating system: Linux
- Budget: Maximum €1.50/month
I'm looking for a stable and reliable solution with a good price-to-performance ratio.
I'm open to suggestions for providers, deals, or personal experiences.

At 1.50€ we can't do 2 cores and 2 GB, but we have a smaller plan in the Netherlands that fits the budget. The EPYC 1G comes with 1 AMD EPYC core, 1 GB ECC DDR4 RAM, 10 GB NVMe in RAID 1, one IPv4 and an IPv6 /64 for 1.49€/mo. If you can do without IPv4, the IPv6-only version is 0.99€/mo.
It runs in the SkyLink datacenter in Eygelshoven, Netherlands. Traffic is unmetered with no monthly cap, on a 10 Gbps shared port, so 2 TB a month fits easily.

Unfortunately, I need a minimum level of performance to get my platform up and running properly, so 1 vCPU and 1 GB of RAM would not be sufficient for my needs.

EPYC $1 Server plan (Frankfurt) is in your budget, but you'll not get 2GB of RAM after doubling bonus as stated in their thread. I'd recommend to go with $20 USD plan which is about €17.85 EUR. You'll get, after bonus (ticket opening) 2CPU 4GB RAM 50GB SSD 1TB traffic.
2) Also LET-3 plan (Amsterdam) form @VPSLAYER thread https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/221311/kvm-vps-from-6-99-year-8-03-512mb-16gb-ram-nvme-1gbps-amsterdam/p1 with 2 CPU 2GB RAM 25GB NVMe for €17.99/year - not sure if it is still in stock.
3) Somehow, HHS VPS 1 (UK) - 1 cpu 2 GB RAM 20 GB space 1 TB traffic from @hyperhostsolutions from their thread https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/222778/hyperhost-halloween-50-off-recurring-uk-vps-1-50-mo-web-1-mo-ha-2-mo has the price £16.15 = €19.37 EUR per year. Not sure if you can get more from the provider. HHS VPS 2 with 2 CPU has a higher price than your budget.
