I'm looking for an affordable, high-performance bare metal dedicated server in Europe, preferably Germany, but I'm open to other EU locations.
My main priority is strong single-core performance and excellent value for money, especially in terms of RAM capacity.
Preferred specifications:
- VZ Type: Dedicated bare metal server (KVM compatible, not a VPS).
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, 7950X, 7950X3D, 9950X, or similar high-frequency Ryzen processors.
- Number of Cores: Preferably 16 cores / 32 threads.
- RAM: 128–256GB DDR4/DDR5, depending on the CPU. Ideally 192–256GB.
- Disk Space: Preferably 2×2TB.
- Disk Type: NVMe SSD.
- Bandwidth: Unmetered traffic or 1Gbps committed bandwidth on a 95th percentile (95/5) basis.
- Port Speed: Preferably 10Gbps.
- DDoS Protection: Yes, L3/L4 required, game/Minecraft protection preferred.
- Number of IPs: 16–32 additional usable public IPv4 addresses, preferably included or around €1/IP/month. The IPs will be assigned to separate KVM virtual machines.
- Location: Europe, Germany preferred.
- Budget: Up to $168–224/month (€150–200), depending on the configuration.
- Billing Period: Monthly.
RAM Pricing / Value for Money:
I'm particularly interested in servers offering less than €1 per GB of RAM per month, ideally around €0.60–0.80/GB.
For example:
- 128GB RAM: ideally €77–102/month.
- 192GB RAM: ideally €115–154/month.
- 256GB RAM: ideally €154–205/month.
These are target prices for the base server configuration, not strict limits for every offer.
I'm also interested in older but powerful Ryzen 9 5950X systems with 128GB or more RAM, provided they offer good single-core performance and competitive pricing.
I'm flexible with the exact CPU, RAM, storage, and network configuration if the overall price-to-performance ratio is attractive.
Custom configurations are welcome.
