To be upfront, we're not in the US, our only location is SkyLink in Eygelshoven, Netherlands. And with 30 GB of disk we end up a bit above your budget.
That setup would go through our EPYC configurator with 2 cores, 1 GB RAM, 30 GB NVMe, 1 IPv4 and an IPv6 /64 for 4.24€/mo, or 3.82€/mo with code LET10. On a 12-month term with the code it's 3.44€/mo, so 41.28€ for the year.
