how much do you think if i wanna buy a good one?
$50 per year minimum
There are various offers flying around here and there but you need to be fast. I had one in SA for around $35/y but the renewal price made x2, so dropped it. Bandwidth was low, only 250Gb/m
Shockhosting I think has got servers for $40/y
You can check @ShockHosting in Johannesburg, South Africa.
They use DataPacket network there which is pretty good.

It's $5/month or $50.90/year for 2GB plan. You can also DM them - maybe they may be doing some discounts soon (i have a feeling).
Like others have said, increase your budget. Another option would be ZappieHost for about 54 USD / year
