BuyVM? Support Outage??? VPS down for 2 days, ticket no response? Buller?

Look I love my BuyVMs, but of late have had a persistent issue one in MIA, where the slab just up
and disappears, and then takes the VPS down with it.. thus all my services...

Normally ticket in, and they do whatever and its back...

This ticket has had no response in 2+ days, and the reoccurring issue I'd really like to solve in regards to the slabs...

This is not my preferred method, route, but it seems this might be an issue in and of itself... from another post(s)...

I am trying to keep this chill, but honestly since this started back in July its become a tad annoying.

I am well aware of the change of ownership, I'd just like a return to the status quo, and happy happy joy joy VPS and slabs...

Are you on KVM12? We're still waiting on the DC to help us with it.

There's another thread on here where a few other hosts had the same issue with the same facility.

I've called multiple people trying to get ahold of someone, but given this is the 3rd? major fault where we can't get help from them, I think the boss has to consider moving to a different facility.

The minute things can boot, we'll get you going.
