When someone is doing well, envy inevitably comes their way.
I waited a while before buying it at first; I lost a lot of fish, but I was able to catch my own. That's the cost incurred by those who rushed to buy it and purchased it from the wrong places.

Do we call them fish now? I thought they were chickens?

Later? No one reads past first post, why do you nuke your own sales?!?!?!
I need Europe, when Europe, thanks :D

For the "how do you accidentally order a server" crowd: flash sale, site lagging, cart stock not updating in time. I read the plan on the invoice, I just didn't get the plan I thought was in stock. That's literally in the ticket.

And for the "where's the proof" crowd: scroll up. Screenshots are in the post now, same agent, 9 minutes apart. First one says no website issue, second one says website was slow and calls me a blackmailer. I didn't write that, support did.

NDTN still hasn't touched that part, by the way.

Stuff like this happens all the time on high demand sale events; customers never read the terms. Buy now and think later is the true way to save until you don't. Could the provider increased capacity to handle the surge in traffic? Absolutely, that's the main criticism I'd give them.

  • @Idris said: Keep the $25,

You can pay $5, get your server back and just enjoy life. Yes, I know you do not want it but it is better than paying $25 and having nothing.

How can you be so sure? You are just one client; you can't have data about others.
Meanwhile, I know people read other posts too, no matter where you post. If the deal is good, people will know and order :)

why do you nuke your own sales?!?!?!

At that time, those 2 deals were not ready; that's why.

I need Europe, when Europe, thanks :D

Be nice and DM me instead of making fun of us here :D.
I have some old stock of Germany LSW VPS

and what do you expect from showing it? The website had no issues that could lead to you buying the wrong server. That's it, doesn't matter if it was slow or not. You fucked up!

Bonus ticket, same support energy. Different case: I asked one simple question - did my Dallas VPS trigger any CPU alerts Oct 13-17, after an XMRig miner hit ~190% CPU? The human, Thanh Tuan, answered with copy-pasted policy about "you can monitor your own VPS" and "security is your responsibility." Twice.

The AI assistant in the same ticket actually read the question, apologized for the mismatch, and admitted they had no findings yet. Two minutes later the human came back with yet another generic policy paste.

So if GreenCloud is replacing anyone, maybe start with the humans who don't read tickets. The AI at least pretends to listen, which is already a promotion. The human version so far is just excellent at raising my blood pressure for free.

I was there for the launch, and even though there were 7 nodes available, I saw how 30 stock orders would disappear every 10 seconds—it was impossible to buy anything. I'd click “buy,” and just when I was about to pay for my cart, it turned out to be empty, lol. It was crazy—a frenzy over fish, just like during the COVID pandemic when everyone was scrambling for toilet paper.

This is correct if you ordered an unmanaged VPS. Incorrect, if it's a managed VPS.

OP you should also stop listing every support agents full name. They don't deserve this nor will it help your case.

  • IdrisIdris Member

@NotFoundException You can question how the site lag affected my order. Fair enough.

But if your entire argument is "you fucked up," then congratulations, you've contributed the intellectual equivalent of a dead router.

Try reading the actual ticket before running your mouth. I know reading comprehension is hard, but holy shit, even GreenCloud support managed to acknowledge the website was slow.

And somehow you're still here, confidently talking out of your ass.

    Username checks out. BrainNotFoundException.

Hey bro, just a heads-up: the owner of GreenCloudVPS is Vietnamese, so be careful when using their services. Even here in Vietnam, very few people use them—largely due to a public allegation that GreenCloudVPS deleted customer data without any valid justification.

Who what when huh, you just came here

I did and I still stand by what I said, you fucked up. Don't expect everyone to be on your side and by the way, the world isn't all rainbow and sunshine :D

Screenshots are up, correction is up. The only thing still missing is NDTN addressing the actual word his support used. Funny how that part keeps getting skipped.

Address it yourself, since you claim to work for them :)

You made a mistake, it happens. Luckily there is a $5 fix, why not just do that instead of losing $25?

  • IdrisIdris Member

@HostDZire Honest question: if tickets actually solved problems, who would be here at 11pm arguing on LET? I didn't come here for drama, I came here because my ticket ended with "blackmail" and closed.

And about MJJs - we're not one species either. There are good ones and bad ones, same as providers. The good ones read the ticket before replying, the bad ones just paste policy and hope you go away.

So yeah, don't blame all MJJs, and I won't blame all providers - just the ones who don't read tickets.

@Obelous Oh wow, Sherlock Holmes has entered the chat. Congratulations, you found a profile field my AI agent fucked up.

    I'll fix it. Mystery solved.

But here's a question: even if I had worked for GreenCloud, since when the fuck does that mean I can't complain about their support?

You went digging through my profile, found an incorrect entry, and somehow thought that would invalidate screenshots of GreenCloud's own staff calling a customer a blackmailer.

    That's some impressive mental gymnastics.

You investigated my profile harder than you investigated the actual evidence.

Next time, try solving the right fucking case, Sherlock. 🤡

  • OttoWoodOttoWood Member

You mean the word "blackmail"? Technically it is. You agreed to the terms of no refund by making the payment. You were, at that moment in time, trying to strong arm them to issue a refund by threatening to start your current ineffective shenanigans to use public sympathy for some type of action.

Yeah, keep crying AI cuck. Tell your AI agent to find the best glasses and a course on how to become literate.

  • IdrisIdris Member

@OttoWood "Technically"? Under which law, exactly?

Filing a payment dispute and publishing an authentic support ticket are ordinary consumer complaint channels.

You can disagree with my refund request all you want. That doesn't magically turn a complaint into blackmail.

Throwing around legal terms you can't substantiate doesn't make you sound smart. It just makes your confidence look wildly disproportionate to your argument.

But hey, apparently GreenCloud's refund policy now comes with volunteer lawyers. Nice perk.

  • IdrisIdris Member

@Obelous LMAO. You went from playing Sherlock Holmes to screaming "AI cuck" the moment someone called out your bullshit.

All that digging through my profile, and your best comeback is "get glasses" and "learn to read"? Holy shit, that's embarrassing.

The screenshots are still there. The support agent's words are still there. The only thing missing is an actual argument from you.

Imagine telling someone to take literacy classes when your own reading comprehension couldn't survive two screenshots.

Next time, ask your last two brain cells to work together before hitting Post.

Though judging by this performance, they're probably both running on the same single-core VPS. 💀
