You could confirm that yourself by reading the thread. It had very limited uses.

Disappointed with how this birthday sale actually played out — honestly
feels more like a flash-sale rush than a "celebration for the community."
Three specific issues:
Campaign period was clearly stated as "October 26–31, 2026 (UTC+0)",
yet by the morning of Oct 31 the entire 13th Birthday store was
already empty / pulled down. Note on timing: the OP states the
campaign runs "October 26–31 (UTC+0)". As I write this it is still
only ~00:49 UTC on October 31 — i.e. barely 49 minutes into the
stated final day, with roughly 23 hours of the advertised window
still left on the clock. Yet the entire 13th Birthday store had
already been emptied/pulled by that point (early morning of Oct 31
in UTC+8). So this isn't "the sale ended as scheduled" — it's "the
sale was cleared out with almost a full day still officially left."
You told us "once these batches are gone, that's it for the year",
but clearing the whole shelf on the last day, before the stated end
time, is not "the last day" — it's ending early. Those of us who
planned to check back on Oct 31 found nothing.
The OP said "Inventory will rotate and update periodically, so keep
that page bookmarked!" and promised "extra flash sales, giveaways,
quizzes, and more every 1–2 hours in this thread." What actually
happened? Popular plans (most notably the 2222 JP Softbank) were
dropped as tiny flash batches that sold out within seconds. "Rotate
every 1–2 hours" turned into "we blink and it's gone". If you can't
keep a 1-2 hour restock cadence, don't promise one.
Speaking of the 2222 plans — you yourselves told us "GreenCloud will
NOT be holding a Black Friday sale this year" and "this 13th Birthday
event is our only major promotional sale of the season". That made
the 2222 line (especially the JP Softbank variant — the one so many
of us were waiting for) the single event of the year to grab. Yet
the 2222 plans were effectively available only on the very first
day, then never restocked in any meaningful quantity for the rest
of the campaign. Calling that "the only sale of the season" and
then making the most wanted SKU a one-day drop feels, to put it
gently, ungenerous.
I've been a long-time GreenCloud customer and have renewed several
boxes at list price without complaint, so this isn't a random hit
post. But a "13th birthday for the community" shouldn't reward
auto-clicker speed and punish people who, you know, have jobs and
check the site during normal hours.
If any of the 2222 plans — especially JP Softbank — are coming back
before Black Friday (which you've already said isn't happening),
please let us know. Otherwise the "this is our only sale of the year"
framing just becomes a reason to be frustrated rather than excited.
