We’ve been working on a complete rebuild of the HyperHost customer portal, and it’s ready for you to have a look around.
We built it from the ground up to give customers more control and make everyday jobs easier — managing services, checking usage, sorting invoices and getting support.
What’s new?
- Cloud firewall — manage your server’s firewall rules directly from your account.
- Bandwidth reporting — check your usage, allowance and billing period.
- Separate logins for your team — invite users and choose their permissions, whether they handle billing or the technical side.
- Support in one place — tickets, replies and attachments within the portal.
- Simpler billing — invoices, payment history and saved payment methods together.

No login needed for the demo. It uses sample data and is read-only, so feel free to have a poke around.

Android users — fancy helping us test the app?
Our new Android app is now in beta, and we’re looking for 10–15 people to try it out.
We’re expecting some bugs and rough edges. Nothing formal needed — just use it as you normally would and tell us what breaks, feels awkward or could work better.
If you find a bug, your phone model, Android version and what you were doing at the time will help us track it down.
