Looking for dedicated server, offsite node for OpenNebula cluster (USA)
Hi all,
I run a small MSP and I’m adding an offsite node to my production OpenNebula cluster. It will be used for DR/replication and some failover capacity for business workloads (VMs, PBX, internal apps, those sorts of things, not public hosting). I’m looking for the best offers you can come up with, and quick provisioning is a big plus since I need this fairly soon.
------SPECS REQUIRED------
CPU: 8+ threads (roughly 4 threads per 16GB of RAM)
RAM:32GB-64GB
SSD: Dual SSD or NVMe, at least 500GB each (software RAID1 or hardware raid, either is fine)
NET: 1Gbps with 10TB+ transfer, and a /29 (with room to go to a /28) of IPv4
OS: Ubuntu 24.04 (iKVM/IPMI access and custom ISO mounting is a plus, but not a requirement)
LOC: USA
Nice to have: ECC RAM, and 10Gbps LAN port options between multiple machines.
