layer7 fra outage?
My VM was unreachable for ~30min and https://account.layer7.net/ loaded really really slow and threw "Connection timed out. API may be slow or unreachable." 2 days ago there was a hard reboot (asked for the reason in #411617).
Edit: Reachable again, Load of 120, but was still running.
