[Looking For] KVM VPS for Jabali Panel testing (4GB RAM / 50GB SSD)

Hi LET,
I need a budget KVM VPS to install and test out the Jabali Panel on a fresh Debian 13 setup.
Looking for these specs:
KVM
RAM: 4 GB
CPU: 1 CPU (AMD Epyc preferred, optional)
Storage: 50 GB SSD / NVMe
IPv4: 1

Anywhere in the 1. USA or 2. Western Europe.
It would be great if its around $3/month.. as the VPS is strictly for testing purposes.

    I would advise using a local VirtualBox if you just need to test it.

    Thanks for the suggestion but $3 is about the price of a pack of 30 sticks of Wrigleys Spearmint chewing gum here. Id rather spend it on a real VPS and test Jabali Panel in an actual server environment.
